What Data We Collect
• Name and profile information from your Facebook/Instagram account
• Messages you send to our bot (to provide replies and services)
• Technical data (time of interaction, interface language, device type, IP)
• Email/phone number — only if you provide it voluntarily

Why We Use Your Data (Purposes & Legal Basis)
• Service delivery (e.g., personalized songs, customer support) — necessary for the performance of a contract
• Analytics and service improvement — legitimate interest
• Marketing updates (only if you subscribe) — consent

Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
• Our operators and service providers (hosting/infrastructure)
• Meta Platforms (for Messenger/Instagram functionality)

Cross-border transfers outside the EEA are based on Meta’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention
We store conversations and related data for no longer than 24 months from the last interaction, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Data Deletion Policy
To request deletion of your data, email
 skillmax.koolitus@gmail.com
 with the subject “Delete my data (MILOTA)” and include:
• A link to your profile or @username
• The channel used (Messenger or Instagram)
• The approximate date of last interaction (if known)

We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By using MILOTA on Facebook/Instagram you agree to these Terms.
2. Service. MILOTA provides personalized songs, messages, and related interactive services via Messenger and Instagram Direct.
3. User obligations. Use the service lawfully; do not submit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
4. Intellectual property. Generated content remains MILOTA’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability. MILOTA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Changes. We may update these Terms; updates will be posted on this page.
